3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking
To avail our services, customers must make a booking through our official channels. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Westminster Man with Van.
3.2 Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made in full prior to the commencement of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
4. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
5. Liability
Westminster Man with Van strives to ensure the safety and security of your belongings. However, we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or unforeseen delays.
6. Insurance
All services provided by Westminster Man with Van include basic insurance coverage. Customers may opt for additional insurance to cover high-value items. It is the responsibility of the customer to declare any valuable items prior to the commencement of the service.
7. Customer Obligations
- Provide accurate information regarding the items to be moved.
- Ensure that all items are properly packed and ready for transportation.
- Obtain any necessary permissions or permits required for the move.
8. Limitation of Liability
Westminster Man with Van’s total liability for any claim arising out of the services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Westminster Man with Van operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that area.
10. Changes to Terms
Westminster Man with Van reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
